Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Anaheim International Healthcare Training and Consultancy (“Anaheim,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and learning platform (the “Site”), including any content, features, and services such as NCLEX review programs, life support courses, and other healthcare-training offerings. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

  • Eligibility. The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may access the Site only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Account Creation. Some services may require you to create an account or submit personal information (for example, during quotation requests or enrollment). You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Electronic Signature and Consent. Under the Philippine Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), electronic documents and secure electronic signatures carry the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures. By clicking buttons such as “Enroll Now,” “Get a Quotation,” or similar prompts, you consent to enter into a binding electronic agreement and accept these Terms.

3. Services, Quotation, and Enrollment

  • Service Description. Anaheim delivers healthcare training through online and in-person formats. We aim to present course descriptions, objectives, prerequisites, and fees accurately and in line with the disclosure requirements of Section 7 of the Electronic Commerce Act.

  • Quotation Requests. Quotation estimates are based on the details you provide and may change if the scope of services changes. A quotation is not final until you accept it and Anaheim confirms your enrollment.

  • Enrollment and Payment. By enrolling, you agree to pay the fees listed in your quotation or course listing. Payments may be completed electronically, and your online confirmation constitutes your agreement to pay.

  • Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel a paid enrollment by notifying us in writing before the course start date. If you cancel within seven (7) days of payment and before the course begins, you may receive a full refund. After a course has started, fees become non-refundable except as required by Philippine consumer protection laws.

  • Changes to Courses. Anaheim may reschedule, modify, or discontinue courses. If a class is cancelled or materially changed, we will offer an alternate schedule or a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership. All Site content—including text, graphics, course materials, logos, and software—is owned by Anaheim or its licensors and is protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). You may not copy, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Limited License. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce course materials, share account credentials, or use Site content for commercial gain.

Third-Party Materials. Some Site features may display content owned by third parties. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own terms.

5. User Conduct

  • Lawful Use. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not post or transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or misleading information.

  • No Reverse Engineering. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or component of the Site.

  • No Unauthorized Access. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or interfere with its operation.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Information and Training Disclaimer. The Site provides educational resources designed to support learners preparing for professional examinations and healthcare practice. While we strive for accuracy and quality, Anaheim does not guarantee licensure, job placement, or specific outcomes.

No Warranties. The Site and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anaheim and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anaheim, along with its directors, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall first be addressed through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the proper courts of Quezon City, to the exclusion of other venues.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site. Continued use after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site.
